Eggplant/Brinjal Rice

Ingredients to fry

cloves - 3
cinnamon - 1
bay leaves - 1
cardomom - 2
ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
onions - 1 big
tomatoes - 2 small
eggplant/brinjal - 5

Method

1) Fry the above ingredients in 2 tablespoon ghee or oil
2) Add one cup of rice, salt, turmeric, chillipowder, cilantro/coriander leaves, one cup of
yogurt and three cups of water.
3) Cook till rice is soft.
And the tasty dish is ready!!!yummy.
